Letter box set alight in arson attack at Telford house

Arsonists set fire to the letter box of a Telford house in the early hours of today. Police are appealing for witnesses after the incident in Redlands Road, Hadley, at around 3am.

The fire caused considerable smoke damage to the door, police said, but nobody was reported to be injured.

West Mercia Police are treating the incident as arson. Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference 36S 170518.
