In June about 20 large bags full of plants were discovered at a house in Lydbury Close, Stirchley, when officers went to the property armed with a search warrant.
And today police arrested two men in relation to the drugs.
In a tweet, West Mercia Police's Brookside Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team posted: "Brookside Cops arrest a further two males this morning in relation to a cannabis grow that was located by us in Lydbury Close, Stirchley. Both males ages 26 and 25 are currently in custody."
Following the incident West Mercia Police said: "Information from members of the community can often be key to our success in arresting and convicting drug dealers.
"It can be used to support search warrants carried out where drugs are seized and destroyed.
"Some drug dealers may target the homes of vulnerable, lonely and isolated people which they then may use for drug dealing, this is known as cuckooing.
"Please include a description of the people visiting, the times they are visiting and the vehicles they are using, please do not put yourself in danger.
"Officers will then gather evidence about your report."
